THERAPY SERVICES

INDIVIDUAL AND COUPLE THERAPY

In our individual therapy, you can choose either a longer working period or a shorter brief therapy. Let's see what your needs are the first time.

Brief therapy is a form of therapy that focuses especially on solving problems and bringing about change quickly and effectively. A longer therapy period is suitable if a more demanding form of treatment is needed.

In both forms of therapy, there is an empathetic therapist at the center of work, who takes into account everyone's individual strengths and travels as a companion on the journey towards a more liberated life.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

"The therapist had a wonderful way of listening to me! The remote connection worked for me. I didn't have to travel anywhere separately and I felt like I could speak more honestly. The tasks were functional and versatile. I can recommend the therapy to others too"

"I already reached the goal five times during the visit and a big lock was opened. I did notice that the therapy opened up a world that I would like to explore even more. The tools were a really big benefit. The therapy relationship was really good and the therapist was easy to work with. It was good that Therapist clearly stated his own way of doing things .

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

A clear beginning, middle and end are defined in the treatment.

At the beginning of the therapy, we think about the challenge to be worked on in the therapy, which we will explore on our journey together.

Quick help for anxiety or help for depression.

Defining the issue to be worked on, intermediate goals and a follow-up plan are central to the work.

After the first meeting, we discuss with the therapist what would be the appropriate number of meetings. You can decide yourself why you want to stop working. Duration is 60 minutes.

The therapy is client- and goal-oriented, resource-oriented and takes into account even very small steps of progress.
