THERAPY SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL AND COUPLE THERAPY
In our individual therapy, you can choose either a longer working period or a shorter brief therapy. Let's see what your needs are the first time.
Brief therapy is a form of therapy that focuses especially on solving problems and bringing about change quickly and effectively. A longer therapy period is suitable if a more demanding form of treatment is needed.
In both forms of therapy, there is an empathetic therapist at the center of work, who takes into account everyone's individual strengths and travels as a companion on the journey towards a more liberated life.

WHAT KIND OF THERAPY?
You can choose to visit Mindora Oy's therapy services for a short or longer period of therapy. After the first meeting, we can see what would be best for you. In terms of the effectiveness of the treatment, it would be good to go to individual therapy either every week or every other week. You can also come to couples therapy, where the matter can be resolved in just one meeting or require more meetings.
I help the customer to identify and understand the root causes of the problem and to find new perspectives and methods of operation. This helps the client create changes in their own thinking, feelings and behavior.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THERAPY?
The duration of Mindora Oy's therapy visit is 60 minutes, and in terms of the effectiveness of the treatment, it is good to meet every two or every week. At the first visit, we will explore the challenge you want in your life or the matter that weighs on your mind, which will serve as the basis for our further work.
However, it may be that the topic of our review changes along the way or changes. We set an intermediate goal and finally reflect on the journey we have traveled together and map out possible follow-up treatment.
